Job Description * Development/Establishment of the CVD Competence Centre in Schopfheim * Development and optimization of CVD processes for our Equipment customers with focus on cutting tool applications * Development of new applications in the scope of tools and other industries * Adaption of CVD coatings and processes to meet customer specifications * Contribution to the innovative advancement of our CVD equipment with respect to productivity and product quality by definition of process requirements * Project management of internal and customer projects according to our innovation process * Customer samplings for acquisition of new customers and support of system sales including evaluation of requests and planning of application oriented approach together with R&D * Global education and training of customers and employees in CVD process technology * Global support and consulting in customer projects Target-focused and challenging - your possibilities are top-class. * University degree (PhD, MSc or Diploma) in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, physics or comparable discipline * Experience in MT-/HT-CVD technology on industrial scale reactors (highly important - we are not looking for hot wire or diamond coating;

also the experience on industrial scale reactors is absolutely necessary) * Preferably 3 years professional experience in equivalent position * Profound knowledge on CVD hardcoatings, preferably for tool applications * Preferably knowledge on cutting or forming tool industry * Fundamental experience in leading projects * Language competences:

Fluent English, German beneficial * Willingness to travel (20-30 %) * Innovative team player with proactive and strong goal-oriented approach * Strong interpersonal skills and proven capabilities to deal independently with internal and external customers Our offer sounds just right for you?
