Project Quantity Surveyor
Location- Frankfurt
Asap start - M&E fitout projects - Accommodation provided £350 to £380 per day
Frankfurt- initially across 2 sites on M&E fitout projects

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
To provide full support to Construction Team on all Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration functions including, but not limited to the following;

• Review and understanding project contract documentation
• Preparing and analysing supplier and sub-contractor enquiries
• Monitoring change in our scope of work and pricing of variations
• Preparing and agreeing Monthly progress applications
• Financial and contractual control of sub-contractor accounts
• Preparation of monthly commercial project reports
• Managing and forecasting of project Cash flows
• Liaising with the client and other departments
• All other duties associated with this role

Person Specification:

• Preferably Academically (Degree) qualified in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• Ideally 3+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Mechanical and or Electrical Experience required
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Multi-lingual advantageous
