Quit Smoking Support Agent - Slovenian Speaking

Our client is at the forefront of supporting individuals on their journey to quit smoking and transition to alternative tobacco products. We are seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Quit Smoking Support Agents.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with users on their quit-smoking journey, providing empathetic and motivational support.
• Utilize multiple communication channels, including voice, email, and social platforms, to engage with users.
• Address user inquiries regarding e-cigarette device charging, recharge ordering, service locations, troubleshooting, and shipping details.
• Conduct training sessions in both English and Czech to guide users through the usage and maintenance of their devices.
• Maintain detailed after-call notes in English using the PMI tool.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user support processes and enhance the overall user experience.
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and smoking cessation strategies.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to users, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Slovenian (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and understanding, with a passion for helping individuals on their quit-smoking journey.
• Ability to adapt communication style to various channels and user needs.
• Familiarity with e-cigarette devices and alternative tobacco products is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in addressing user inquiries and concerns.
• Comfortable conducting training sessions and providing clear instructions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to document information accurately in English.
