- Help customers via telephone, email, chat and other automated alerts.

• Log information into call management systems.
• Maintain service and product knowledge.
• Provide cover for other Agents in their absence.
• Work with Supervisors on specific projects when necessary.
• Attend regular Team Meetings.

- Keep up service performance, quality and customer satisfaction.
