» Key Responsibilities:
Review, promote and support of Global and Regional FCL Sea Freight Initiatives and Projects
Optimize and continuously review our FCL Sea Freight customer offering
Train and Coach Sales Business Units on our FCL Sea Freight product offerings
Support the development of programs, projects and new initiatives in close collaboration with the various stakeholders for FCL Sea Freight growth in target industries and customers
Analyze and expand the existing FCL Sea Freight portfolio in respect of our ability to grow and engage with Global FCL / Trade Management
Enhance growth of FCL Sea Freight business in close collaboration with all FCL Sea Freight teams / worldwide Sales / Key Account / Vertical Management
Review, promote and support on adequate development of FCL Sea Freight Customer pipelines within the Sales community
Consult and support on FCL Sea Freight marketing and sales campaigns with all Sales Business Units
Support and Enhancement of Pricing and Tender processes for FCL Sea Freight
Formulate and implement FCL Sea Freight growth strategies in alignment with Global FCL / CCO
Drive and support the FCL Sea Freight “Fit For Growth” strategy including analysis, monitor and distribution of statistics to maintain high organizational awareness of our achievements
Drive and support the deliverance of FCL Sea Freight Agreements on QFP + BSA Contracts including, monitoring and distribution of statistics to maintain high organizational awareness of our obligations
Produce and distribute regular FCL Sea Freight related market analysis, market news and trends, including Peer P+L Comparisons
Support on Mid / Long Term Pricing models with Customer discussion and negotiations including Terms and Conditions and Legal contractual content for FCL Sea Freight Contracts
Support with Customer discussions on Mid / Long Term Contract adherence with consequence negotiations and intermediary activities between Sales and Product
» Key Skills and Requirements:
Advanced experience in FCL Sea Freight Business Activities on all major Global Trades
Experience of FCL Sea Freight activities in vertical Markets e.g. Automotive, Pharma, Fashion, FMCG, as well as Commodities, Perishable and Hazaardous Cargo
Awareness and experience in Business Growth and Shipping Line collaboration models for retainment and expansion of our FCL Sea Freight Business on all global markets
Extensive Trade experience and proven track record in Headhaul and Backhaul activities. Additional niche Trade experience would be advantageous.
Strong awareness and experience in FCL Sea Freight Pricing and Tender Activities
Leadership track record with high motivational and people interaction skills with strong coaching and mentoring ability
