Youre responsibilities
- Welcoming (international) visitors as well as clients and directing them to the right contact person
- Maintaining and monitoring the occupancy schedule of the conference rooms
- Travel expense accounting and ordering of office supplies
- Answering and transferring phone calls, mail processing as well as in-house distribution

You will inspire us
- Ideally vocational training in hotel management or the service sector
- Work experience in the hotel industry (reception), as an assistant, or in office management
- Basic knowledge in working with iOS (Apple pc)
- Very good command of
German
andEnglish
