Youre responsibilities

  • Welcoming (international) visitors as well as clients and directing them to the right contact person
  • Maintaining and monitoring the occupancy schedule of the conference rooms
  • Travel expense accounting and ordering of office supplies
  • Answering and transferring phone calls, mail processing as well as in-house distribution
  • Coordinating external companies/service providers

You will inspire us

  • Ideally vocational training in hotel management or the service sector
  • Work experience in the hotel industry (reception), as an assistant, or in office management
  • Basic knowledge in working with iOS (Apple pc)
  • Very good command of

German

and

English

  • Professional appearance, great communication skills, loyalty, and a high degree of discretion
