Product Manager / Product Owner

Join us as a Product Manager / Product Owner (m/f/d) and be part of our agile, cross-functional and international team. You will drive the growth and the optimization of the CheMondis marketplace in a very early stage.

Your mission

Own and drive a broad range of features within the CheMondis marketplace
Maintain the product roadmap and create timelines whilst monitoring business KPIs
Capture, refine and prioritise stakeholder requirements representing the customer perspective within the development team and incorporate trends in the product landscape

Creation and regular prioritization of epics and user stories based on user value, business value, cost of delay and time constraints
Effectively align stakeholders and facilitate collaboration, communication, contingency planning and data-driven decision-making (e.g. through WSJF, Grooming sessions, validation interviews)

Coordinate a cross-functional Scrum team related to the product, cultivating technical and operational excellence along with innovation to develop our core product and quickly deliver new features for our customers

Your profile

Successfully completed studies with technical focus or comparable qualification
Sound work experience in the product (management) area with at least 2 years
Deep understanding of digital business models and process expertise to understand user needs as well as business needs and transfer them into technical requirements

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment using the iterative approach of agile product development within (multiple) agile teams
Passionate about standard and cutting-edge web and mobile technologies, being able to speak one language with the software engineers
Strong analytical skills to back up own ideas with data, aiming to meet modern data-driven product vision
Efficient organisation and prioritisation skills along with clear communication and solution orientation. 
Excellent English language skills
