Job description

Functional and disciplinary management of the Supplier Quality Assurance Nacelle team in Germany and Spain
Functional management of regional Supplier Quality Assurance departments in Brazil, China and India
Lead and ensure the global supplier qualification process (selection, auditing, development, monitoring)
Lead and ensure the product qualification process (prototype inspections, first sample inspections, product audits)
Management of non-conformities for prototypes and first articles as well as support of the global non-conformity management (escalation function)
Development and analysis of quality KPI´s
Management of and participation in interdivisional projects

Job requirements

Technical background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical or economical engineering
Several years of professional experience in a comparable positions
Excellent leadership skills
Very good knowledge of quality management methods (e.g. Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D)
Training in quality management preferably (e.g. TÜV, Bureau Veritas)
Convincing manner towards external and internal parties
Ability to work in teams and strong communication skills
SAP and MS Office skills preferably
Excellent English language skills
Willingness to travel
