Information Security - Regional Sales Northern Germany / CEE
Outstanding opportunity to join a leader in Cyber / Threat Intelligence to help further develop their European business.
The role is an excellent opportunity to join an outstanding team of professionals already on board and will focus on new business development, building relationships with key influencers and key partners. As with any role of this seniority you will also work with Marketing and other internal partners to overachieve targets both MBO and financial.
Key Objectives for the role
Up-sell from existing UK, European and US clients.
Drive pipeline creation and opportunity identification directly with prospects as well as working with Channel, ISV and the Internal Sales team.
Target, educate and persuade new customers to not only use the solutions effectively but to come up with new and creative ways to use the solutions to stay at the fore-front of Cyber Security.
Work with internal partners to manage sales opportunities through qualification, technical evaluation, ITT/ RTT's, Project staff etc to deliver solutions sold.
Identify and close multiple opportunities and projects at the same time.
To succeed in the role we would expect candidates to have:
The proven track record of winning new business with German (and ideally CEE clients), within a start-up type of operation, so only the self - reliant and pro-active sales professionals should apply.
Entrepreneurial drive and proven ability to sell creative solutions into new markets.
Track record of success, consistently exceeding overall goals in security technology sales.
Excellent communication skills appropriate for the sector including written, presentation, and closing skills in English, German + other relevant languages for the region.
Solid education and personal development, this is vital for the role as this is a high speed environment with a highly educated team (to MSc. in Cyber level) so ideally a relevant degree or equivalent with some form of Security solutions certification.
On offer a negotiable base salary at £80k - £90k + commission and uncapped and achievable £180k OTE + Stock.
