Vice President

This role is with a global advisory firm focused on Transaction Services, Restructuring and Transformation. With over 600 employees across France, UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. They work with private equity firms, medium- and large-sized corporates and investment banks.

Responsibilities:
You will lead a team in our international Infrastructure & Project Finance practice responsible for delivering financial and transaction services in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors (primarily financial engineering, financial modelling as well as M&A services) for international and national project developers, private equity and infrastructure funds.

From the beginning you will be in direct contact with clients and will participate in strengthening and expanding existing and new client relationships.

You will manage and evaluate employees and actively support their development as a mentor

Requirements:

• Between four to eight years of job experience in the infrastructure or renewable energy sector with a focus on financial modelling, financial engineering or valuation
• ▪ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a renowned university/ business school with preferably a major in finance, business mathematics, business administration or similar
• ▪ Knowledge of project and/or corporate finance, financial modelling, as well as IFRS and German GAAP is a plus
• ▪ Fluent written and spoken English and German language skills, French is a plus
