L1 Technical Support – Eschborn, Germany
 
L1 Technical Support - We are looking for an experienced L1 Technical Support to join a dynamic and busy international team. The role will provide the opportunity for L1 Technical Support professional hard core to share ideas, information and innovation with a global team of technologists.

 
Work Location Eschborn, Germany and when required Liederbach/Ts.
 
Language Preference: Fluency in German & English.
 

Experience:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in an international heterogenous IT environment
  • Reimaging PC’s
  • Toner Replacement
  • Installation and change of Hardware (PC/printer/peripherals/network switches/router and WAP’s, patching of network leads)
  • Coordinating HW break & fix
  • Working based on Tickets and IMAC Requests based on ticket tool
  • Basic configuration of Network HW/SW following documentations
  • Configuration of Windows 10 SW on Desktop, Laptop, Tablet and Thin Clients
  • Skills in supporting Windows 10, Printers, Printer drivers, Office Software, Network Patching, Networking Software e.g. TCP/IP, 802.1X, Ethernet connections
  • Self-paced working (using a ticket-based system)
