Job Description Für SATAIR in Hamburg suchen wir für die Abteilung "Quality Management Certification " zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Praktikanten (d/m/w). Schwerbehinderte werden bei gleicher Qualifikation bevorzugt. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Bearbeiten von Kundenbeanstandungen * Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Beanstandungen an Dienstleister * Durchführen von internen sowie externen Auswertungen * bleiten von Qualitätsverbesserungen (PPS, 8D, 5Y) * Zuspielen von Prozesselementen um die Verbesserungen von Prozessen voranzutreiben * Crossfunktionales Arbeiten innerhalb der Organisation Sie haben folgende Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar bzw. * G Suite * SAP (AP1, PDA) wünschenswert * MS Office * Programmierkenntnisse sind wünschenswert Darüber hinaus bringen Sie als geeigneter Kandidat eine hohe Auffassungsgabe sowie analytisches Denken mit.
