Job Description Germany - Neuss Job Description * Provision of legal advice to the management and all departments of Yanfeng Europe Automotive Interiors Systems Management Limited & Co. KG (YFAI) and its European and South African affiliates * Legal advice includes all relevant legal issues in YFAIs day-to-day business (in particular (international) business and contract law, company law and antitrust law) * A special emphasis lies on supporting the Procurement team, i. E. negotiating (template) Agreements with Suppliers and advising the team in a distressed Supplier-Buyer relationship * Provision of inhouse trainings on legal basics for various departments * Manage outside legal counsel and monitor, supervise and evaluate their representation of YFAI * Support of M&A transactions * Keep abreast of trends and changes in the law Your Qualifications * Superior academic achievement and qualification to practice law in Germany as a lawyer * Ideally 1-4 years commercial and corporate law experience in an international law firm and/or multinational company * Fluency in German and English language * Strong communications skills
