Job Description Description The position shall be filled in Schwalbach (near Frankfurt am Main) or Nuremberg. You become a member of the newly evolving Global Team in Vitesco Technologies IT - Business Applications - HR IT. As Senior Consultant HR IT, SAP HCM Solution Architect Global (m/f/diverse) you are immediately responsible for the solution architecture of the German and global SAP HCM onPremise systems of Vitesco with both inhouse payroll solutions as well as BPO integrations. As an HR IT representative for Germany on the one hand you plan, manage and ensure a stable data integration and technical system maintenance for the payroll and other global systems and applications. On the other hand, in your role as global HCM Solution Architect (m/f/diverse) you ensure a proper requirements management process and lead SAP HCM landscape transformation projects. With your contributions and ideas you will also strongly shape Vitesco Technologies' transformation strategy towards an integrated global HR Cloud and a first class employee experience. In your position as Senior Consultant HR IT, SAP HCM Solution Architect Global (m/f/diverse) your main tasks and scope of work are:- As a member of an international team in HR-IT you are responsible for the solution architecture of the SAP HCM system landscape both in Germany and globally * Act as an IT project lead for managing the technical implementation of employee master- and transactional-data improvements especially for payroll and time management solutions as well as HR Cloud integrations in a professional manner and with high quality * Create global technical solution architectures and concepts for support procedures and operation documentation, considering strategic aspect & SAP roadmap * Provide technical expertise, guidance and support for IT functionality requirements which need cross-collaboration within the Vitesco IT organization * Effectively manage project team members including external consultants, both on-site and remotely, across multiple countries, cultures and languages * Lead and design an effective change process for new business requirements within a cross-functional organization * Support internal business partners in developing and documenting business requirements (functional specifications, business blueprints, statement of work, etc. ) * Manage external IT service providers and implementation partners ensuring that defined service is delivered, milestones are met, and legal requirements are covered * Ensure documentation of technical configurations and settings based on defined implementation scope and ongoing knowledge transfer to our future support organization * Provide expert support to critical Incidents and Change Requests * Explicitly participate in strategic transformation projects for the ongoing development and improvement of the Vitesco HR Cloud to drive employee experience Qualifications * Academic degree in computer science, business management or related field with focus on IT * Strong technical experience and knowledge on SAP HCM modules PY/PT/PA/OM. Knowledge on integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus * Several years practical work experience in the HR technology field as Subject Matter Expert or project lead with SAP HCM knowledge or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central * Practical work experience in successfully managing and leading international project teams or managing external IT service providers and implementation partners * Experience in supporting and operating an SAP HCM onPremise system is a plus * Fluent in English language (written & spoken), German skills desirable * Very good communication skills and high commitment to work and ability for teamwork * Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent way of working * Willingness to travel
