Field Service Engineer CEE
(Service Technician)
Essential Functions
:
Periodic maintenance for our systems within the assigned area
Troubleshooting and repairing existing systems
Analysis and solving of problems on customer site via phone
Analysis and solving of problems on customer site via dial-up connection/remote control
Occasionally also support for our helpdesk
Upgrading existing systems on Customer site
Rotating standby (emergency services) on the weekends and national holidays
Required Knowledge and Skills
:
Completed vocational training as an electronics engineer/electrical engineer/ mechatronics engineer /
Ideally, professional experience in the fields of mechanical engineering and automation technology
Good skills in the field of electrical & mechanical installation and control systems
Very good computer and networking skills
Knowledge of SPS; knowledge of Siemens and Beckhoff beneficial
Good mechanical, electric and electronic knowledge and skills
A Class B (FS3) driver's license
Field Service Experience with direct Customer contact in technical area is required
German language (fully competent) mandatory,
conversational knowledge of English is required - other foreign languages are a plus
