Job Description * Collaborate with researchers:You work in close collaboration with the institutes at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and your assigned PostDoc at the joined research group "Information Systems & Engineering (ISE)" within the departments Digital Experience & Participation, Electronic Markets & User Behavior and Digital Service Design & Innovation
* Work on Your Phd Thesis
:you work on research focusing on the design of innovative digital services. specifically, you work on market / ecosystem design and/or user experience design within the area of diagnostics services, service marketplaces, connected repair and connected workshops. * bring research into practice:
you engage in interdisciplinary projects to develop innovative solutions in the automotive services domain to create value for bosch as a strategic partner of kit. * create new things:
you are working agile, hand in hand with different bosch development teams and bring new services and prototypes to customers like workshops and vehicle manufacturers. you take the opportunity of the huge bosch knowledge base in the automotive service domain to realize your ideas and concepts for the connected world. * take responsibility:
you are leading students and research projects at the karlsruhe service research institute and directly report to the global department head at bosch to deliver state-of-the-art research results in the area of information systems and digital service systems from kit to bosch. qualifications * know-how:
knowledge in the fields market engineering, usability/ux engineering. interdisciplinary thinking and as well as enthusiasm for the area of automotive services:
diagnostics, marketplaces, connected repair and connected workshops * personality:
high sense of responsibility and creativity, proactive in taking initiative, a strong methodical / research mindset combined with cooperation and social skills * working style:
quick comprehension with a high sense of ability to judge. analytical skills and a goal oriented working style * languages:
fluent in written and spoken english. german is beneficial * education:
