Job Description Position Summary We are looking for a committed and motivated employee (m/f/d) as Quality Assurance Engineer Home Appliances. *1 year limited* Place of work:Schwalbach/Taunus near Frankfurt am Main Role and Responsibilities * Operate alongside engineers from Samsung's ASCs, working collaboratively identifying early market failures of new domestic appliance * Taking ownership of identified issues working closely with Local ASC Management and our engineering teams until solutions are provided * Identify root cause failure of hardware and potential software issues and get solutions from related stake holders * Creation of weekly reports containing activities each week, issues identified and technical opinions of root cause failure * Analyze and manage product failure rate of defined target on market in early stage * Host weekly conference calls with Engineer Teams - and Management where required - to provide live issue feedback ad-hoc * Host and/or support our engineering team visits to German Service Partners/Samsung facilities to review activities and findings Skills and Qualifications * You have successfully completed a technical education or a comparable qualification * You have several years of professional experience in the repair of household appliances or in the quality assurance from manufacturers * You are fluent in written and spoken German, English and Korean * You convince with your personality and communication skills * You work independently, customer-oriented and are ready to take on responsibility * You master the standard PC tools * Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
