EMEA Sales & Digital Marketing Coordinator
Beschreibung und Aufgaben:
- Providing critical sales support using the CRM platform Salesforce.com, including creating and running sales reports, providing analysis and recommendations to the Field Sales Representatives; support managing and correcting naming conventions, checking for item detail accuracy, opportunity change status, reporting past due opportunities, and validating the data in the sales teams 90-day pipeline reports and key accounts
- Working with E-commerce customers and updating strategic managers about new products, marketing and company content
- Providing technology support for the international sales team; being resonsible for providing sales technology support, including sales reporting, sales analysis and recommendations to the sales team
- Regularly communicating with stakeholders to address needs, providing project visibility and ensuring accountability; playing a coordination role between corporate marketing and international sales department based in the USA and the sales people and customer service in the EMEA region
- Working and coordinating directly with the Power BI & CRM experts internally on creating and supporting new and existing initiatives and sales campaigns
- Conducting trainings and providing ongoing CRM support for the sales representatives, customer service representatives and managers; being responsible for onboarding and training of new hires onto the CRM and Power BI platforms
- Coordinating the distribution of sales tools, price lists, catalogs, literature, marketing material & samples for customers and the sales team
- Coordinating and helping plan launch of new products with the US Marketing team
- Supporting in the planning and coordinating of European Trade Shows, sales meetings, helping to manage and maintain the International Training Center in Germany
- Actively promoting the company on Social Media platforms; reposting marketing posts and blogs using Linked in, Instagram, Facebook etc.
Das zeichnet Sie aus:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required with 3-5 years related previous experience in inside sales, e-commerce and marketing
- CRM experience required; Salesforce.com experience or similar CRM System
- Advanced computer skills / expertise in Power BI Tools, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, Power Point, & AS400 and One Drive and or a fast learner
- Excellent analytical skills using advanced Excel functions including pivot tables and good problem-solving skills
- Initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English (plus ideally one or more languages e.g. German, French or Spanish)
- Enjoys traveling, entertaining customers, including possibly trips to visit subsidiaries, trade shows and sales meetings outside of territory to support the international team
- Eligible to work in the EU and to be able to travel freely throughout the territory
- Flexibility in working time for close cooperation with colleagues in the US
