Role description

AS DIGITAL STRATEGY MANAGER

 you will advise our clients on topics related to their digital strategy and transformation. In this dynamic and open play environment, trust is the primary condition. By offering secure access to customer data, introducing new services through collaboration across the industry - and within value chains - in combination with outstanding customer experience, companies can play an essential role in strengthening their relationship with their customers.

AS A TRUSTED ADVISOR

, you and your team of 2-5 consultants from different professional backgrounds, support our international clients with sector-specific knowledge and strategic advice, enabling them to co-create new services and products. You translate complex commercial, operational, and technical information in concrete advice, reports and roadmaps. Next to your project responsibilities, you will coach more junior colleagues to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Helping further develop our business by engaging in thought leadership as well as supporting client development efforts will also be part of your core responsibilities. So will be developing internal capabilities and shaping our propositions. As INNOPAY is a relatively new player in the German market compared to our headquarters in the Netherlands, this means that you will have a unique and exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and distinguish yourself.

Requirements

• Master's degree – ideally in engineering, science or another technical field. An additional business degree is a plus.
• 5-7 years of work experience with digital strategy development and/or execution, preferably within financial services, fintech, e-commerce, technology and/or mobility.
• Extensive project experience and a deep understanding of the interface between business, technology and regulations (BTR) in digital strategy development and specific project management experience within digital transformation, strategy execution and leading innovation projects.
• Genuine interest and excellent understanding of how technology is transforming industries and of topics like developing unique customer journey, customer onboarding strategies, new proposition and product development, omnichannel strategies, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, agile and DevOps.
• Experience in supporting client development efforts and developing client relationships is a plus.
• Ability to perform in high-paced environments and having a start-up mentality is a plus.
• Demonstrable ability to combine strategic and analytical insights and an evident passion for leading innovation projects.
• A team player with analytical skills and leadership qualities.
• Fluency in English and German (both a must)
