Software Developer – Special Systems (m/f/x)

For our headquarters in Gilching near Munich we are looking for you to start as soon as possible as a Software Developer (m/f/x) full time.

 
 

What awaits you at Mynaric

  • Part of your role is design and modification of complex application software for our flight and ground terminals.
  • You are responsible for the implementation and verification of designs.
  • Plan and implement customer specific modifications.
  • Support of customer demos and trainings; participation in international demonstration campaigns in cooperation with the Field Application Engineers.
  • You keep a close cooperation with the product software and engineering development team.
  • You contribute to technical documentation.
  • Support of the preparation of customer proposals.

What you bring with you

  • You have successfully completed your BS or MS degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • You are an expert in C/C++ (Visual Studio Code IDE, gcc/g++, cross-compile/-debug).
  • Very good knowledge of object—oriented software development.
  • You have an interest to learn about astronomical calculations, geodetic algorithms, pointing models, calibration methods; first experience would be a plus.
  • Working on Linux OS (Yocto or Buildroot knowledge is a plus) is a breeze for you.
  • In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms and software design.
  • Good experience in implementing algorithms.
