We are seeking an analytical individual with strong Excel and Tableau skills to help support our fast growing business by designing and setting up automated dashboards for key metrics. The successful individual is able to work autonomously and comfortably in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment, with a strong willingness to learn and to roll up his/her sleeves.

You will be technically savvy with a can-do attitude - an analytically-minded, creative problem solver with a passion for excellent customer service. You will participate in design, development and operations of systems that process high volumes of data. This position will also offer the opportunity to tackle challenges of scaling, performance, and efficiency, while working together with highly talented, motivated, and friendly colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup, maintenance and evolution of ongoing reporting
• Supporting Account Managers with administrative requests
• Dive-deeps in Datasets to provide business intelligence
• Transitioning tasks in Salesforce from manual to automatic
• Analyzing different user requirements and determining specifications for various applications or needed solutions

GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN

• You are enrolled in university and will be for the whole duration of your time as working student with us
• Your degree is in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business or a similar field
• You are an advanced Excel user who is confident and competent in processing large data sets, ideally using VBA
• Solid Tableau coding skills to design and automate reporting
• Ability to take a project from requirements gathering through to launch and into production
• Excellent English communication skills with both technical and non-technical / sales peers
• Ability to take direction, work autonomously and consistently meet deadlines.
