In this role you will drive digital products from the ideation phase to market operations. It defines the right digital business models for a digital venture and serves it from ideation to success. The Venture Architect has business responsibility for a digital venture comparable to an intrapreneurial Start-Up CEO.
You will have an opportunity to make an immediate as well as long term contribution to HARTMANN’s continued growth by supporting our transformation journey into a more competitive, agile and efficient organization.
Your area of responsibility:
- Identification of the right ideas and prepare for pitching in front of our digital board committee
- Development of business models with intense customer involvement from day 1 together with strategic design
- Creation of the business case alignment with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic and operational steering of the venture through all funding stages
- Steering the venture to meet strict timelines as well as budget and quality requirements
- Development and execution of the go-to-market strategy with all relevant aspects
What we look for:
- Deep understanding of digital product development and implementation of new business models
- Experience in customer-centric design and prototyping of new products
- Bachelor or masters degree as MBA or comparable degree
- Minimum 2 years of market research experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to drive effective stakeholder management
- Understanding of lean & agile collaboration techniques
- Experience in a high-pressure start-up environment or corporate innovation context
- Experience in a start-up environment
