You are responsible for requirements management and you take the overall responsibility and coordination of all development tasks necessary for the chip:

design, wafer technology, layout, wafer level test

you are responsible for risk management, risk mitigation and risk tracking. * experience cooperation:
you are in charge of contracting and achieving the ppc objectives in collaboration with rtp1 (evob, cost down options. ..) and for the complete overview of the project status, including production aspects. furthermore you define goals and contents for sub-projects (technology, design, etc. ), together with the system architect. * networked communication:

you will lead the project team at ae/est, including the simultaneous engineering team and you are the main contact point between est and internal partner (mostly bst) for the project. * structured evaluation:

you plan and track development budgets and resource requirements. * structured observation:

you are responsible for tracking and adjusting measures and milestones within the project. qualifications * personality:

strong decision making capabilites * working practice:

well organised and structured working style * experience and knowledge:

experience in leading role of sub project or taskforce and several years of experience in mems development projects * enthusiasm:

passion for customer satisfaction, ready to take on internal conflicts * languages:

excellent written und spoken presentation skills in english and german * education:
