About the SAP Cloud Platform User Assistance team

Our team’s goal is to provide innovative user assistance for our SAP Cloud Platform customers.

The Role

We are looking for someone (part-time) who likes to take the initiative and who is passionate about our customers’ experience. After an initial on-the-job training, your tasks as a User Assistance Developer (Associate) (f/m/d) will include:

Creating product documentation, community content, tutorials, and API references primarily targeted at developers and administrators
Creating multi-media content, such as graphics and videos
Creating code samples and learning content
Testing the software you describe
Structuring content and selecting distribution channels according to the information needs of your target groups
Collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to constantly improve the quality of your deliverables

Role Requirements

Degree in engineering, technical writing, or a related profession
Practical experience in creating product documentation (preferably in DITA)
Experience in creating social media content (for example blogs, tweets, or YouTube videos)
Sound knowledge of and experience in application development (preferred languages Java or JavaScript)
Excellent communication skills, a passion for people and for passing on your knowledge to others
Fluent in English and German – written and verbal

Work Experience

1+ years in a related field. Graduates are welcome!
