They are looking for a
Senior SAP HCM Consultant
 to join their Application Services team. 
Remote work
 is possible as long as you're based anywhere in Germany. Travelling is required sometimes, when you have to be their with the client to take part in workshops, but the rest is home based.

 

What you'll do:

• You advise the customers, and guarantee a successful technical adaptation of applications
• Error and function analysis 
• Implementation of new customer orders and projects
• You create the technical and functional documentation
• Processes assigned to you are processed quickly and in compliance with the deadlines
• Regularly create status reports about project progress
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders 

 

Who you are:

 

• 5+ years of professional experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
• Fluent German + English
• Personnel Administration and Payroll experience
• Understanding the workflows in HR and the SAP HR architecture
• Bsic understanding or willingness to learn: time tracking, BAV,

long-term accounts
