Office Coordinator

PTS is a German new-space company whose aim is to democratize the access to space and bring down the cost of space exploration. PTS is a privately held company, and our goal is to show that it is possible to build a sustainable business in space exploration. As well as delivering cheaper and more regular opportunities for academics, industry and educational institutions to conduct in-space research, we are keen to develop the infrastructure required for future settlement on the Moon and beyond. For our growing administrative team, we are looking for an Office Coordinator.

 

Your tasks:

• Support the CEO in in day-to-day operations
• Provide our tax advisor with preparatory accounting
• Support the team in procurement and inventory processes
• Be present as first point of contact for all suppliers and service providers in our office
• Additional tasks corresponding to your interests are possible. Let’s develop together!

Your profile:

• You are a structured and independent team player with a growth mindset
• You can shift priorities easy without losing sight of the big picture
• You have a strong hands-on mentality, empathy and a high level of social competence
• You have solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, willingness to adapt to other platforms)
• You are fluent in English and German, both in speaking and writing
• You thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
