Job Description Local Unit & Position Description With GridLab training center in Schoenefeld (near Berlin), DNV GL Energy Advisory GmbH offers training and education for specialists and managers of companies in the energy supply industry. We offer assessment centers, soft skill trainings, switching authorization courses as well as fault and grid restoration trainings in distribution and transmission networks (simulator-based). Our customers are mainly grid operators, power plant operators and wind farm operators from DACH region. An internationalization of the service portfolio is currently being developed. Gridlab.De For the training and education center in Berlin Schoenefeld (near international airport BER) we are looking for a Training Engineer (m/w/d) with focus on grid and system management at the earliest possible date Position Description * Coordination of specific customer needs and joint development of appropriate educations / trainings * Participation in the conception of trainings especially with use of our (power) grid simulator * Intensive customer contact * Further development / adjustment of existing trainings * Coordination of data model implementation * Preparation and implementation of trainings and seminars with simulation parts * Project management;
independent leading andinitiating of projects Position Qualifications * Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or comparable qualification * High IT affinity * Proven knowledge of electrotechnical relations of the energy supply system * Knowledge of the planning and/or operation of electricity supply networks (110 - 380 kV) would be an advantage * Presentation competence and pleasure in conveying technical contexts * Distinct customer orientation, high resilience and ability to work independently as well as communication and team skills * Experience in dealing with new forms / formats of learning is desirable * Very good German and English language skills Company & Benefits * Individual development:
