Job Description Your tasks * Lead all Operations activities of the Regional Business Unit Europe of Freudenberg Performance Materials (approximately 650 people in 5 Sites in Europe) * Lead of 8 direct reports * Definition and implementation of operations strategy, structure, and processes linked to the overall business strategy * Drive Operational Excellence Culture & Activities * Supervise and drive major strategic, operations-related projects * Steer and supervise Investment Processes * Support sites in implementation of HSE Strategy * Support the Quality Management System * Reporting to General Manager FPM RBU Europe Our expectations * Excellent leadership skills (incl. coaching & developing senior team members) * Strong technical & production background - technical textiles preferred * Operational Excellence experience & mentality * Strategic thinking (ability to leave detail level / see big picture / open for new) * Strong communication skills (multi-level) * Team Player * Customer orientation * Results orientation and business acumen As a part of the Freudenberg Group you can enjoy working together in our intercultural and interdisciplinary teams to create innovative products, services and sustainable solutions.
