We are currently seeking a Wound Closure Product Specialist (home based in Germany) to support our Corza Medical EMEA Sales team in understanding customer needs for sutures, and demonstrating our wound closure products during the sales process. The position supports evaluations, education, training, product demonstrations, in-servicing, and continually builds relationships with key physician partners; works with marketing to design and implement wound closure centric campaigns and will work closely with sales operations to submit to and win tenders. The role is measured on successful evaluations and growth of wound closure products and will report to our Regional Sales Manager.

What you will do
On your initiative and in consultation with the international product management and the local managers, develop successful sales strategies for the establishment and development of the "seam material" area.

You’ll be the operational, communicative and strategic interface between product commitment and the market and thus ensure constant impulses for the successful development of the business unit.

Visit various surgical departments in clinics as well as surgically active medical practices.
Manage the medical specialist trade, pharmacies and pharmaceutical wholesalers.
Perform further education and training measures for nursing and medical staff with a focus on surgery, outpatient clinic, MVZ and private practice.
To continuously develop our strategy and portfolio, analyse and evaluate Corza Medical's existing training offerings.
You’ll be well connected and informed about the current practices, procedures and technologies on the market in the field of wound closure and share your know-how with the responsible functions.

Support marketing in the creation of materials and events.
What you will need
We are looking for an expert who understands the vision of Corza Medical and turns it into reality with energy, commitment and perseverance. You’ll ideally have experience in the distribution of surgical sutures and also knowledge in the distribution of consultation hours. Your network will extend across the surgical departments of the clinics in Germany and with your experience you’ll meet the requirements of the medical specialist trade and pharmacies.

At least five years of sales experience in the hospital field, preferably with suture material and/or wound closure systems.
Ideally experience in the sale of office hours to the medical trade, pharmacies and pharmaceutical wholesalers.
Excellent time management and organisational talent.
Multitasking capability and constant adherence to deadlines.
Practical approach and creative thinking.
Excellent (also digital) presentation skills and the ability to apply them to different target groups.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including a strong ability to listen.
Strong customer orientation.
You have a strong business mind combined with excellent analytical skills.
Fluent in German and English.
