HR Front Office Manager is fully accountable for managing the HR operations in the Country.You and your team will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality services, supporting business locations, clients and delivery against agreed performance targets across all Service Lines (such as Talent, Employee Lifecycle, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Global Mobility, Learning & Development, People Analytics and HR Information Systems). You would report to the PG HR Operations Hub Lead for Central & Southern Europe.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and run the HR Front Offices operations (HR Shared Services) in Germany
- Ensure delivery of administrative HR services according agreed KPIs and quality targets
- Monitor and review agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction set with the front office
- Ensure all HR processes incorporate appropriate control mechanism, including SOX checks, data protection and compliance tasks as well as a robust framework to enable compliance with all country legal and regulatory requirements
- Lead the team and encourage open discussion of development oportunities and needs for the team or individuals
- Support processes standardization within HR Operations and between the HR Operations / HR functions to shape shared services at ABB PG
- Constantly evaluate the HR value proposition and services to clients with a view to improving delivery through innovation and the implementation of industry best practices
Your background
- Bachelor's Degree or similar education
- Experience in a leadership role managing teams
- Experience in an HR shared services organization (preferred) or other HR experience (e.g.payroll)
- High degree of client orientation and service mind-set
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
- Strong know-how in compensation and benefits operations, social security and and tax matters would be an added benefit
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Sound Operations & project management experience
