Job Description Your Role * As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the global marketing and development of a cell separation instrument portfolio in order to increase profit growth and establish the brand in the field. * Through regular market monitoring, analysis of market data/trends and direct interaction with key opinion leaders and customers, you develop new application areas and provide requirements for future technology development. * You work closely with other company divisions, including Engineering, Software, Production, Reagent R&D, Marketing and Sales in order to support and drive sales of the existing portfolio. * You use your biological and technological understanding for creative problem-solving to brainstorm new protocols and solutions for our customers. * You play a key role in developing and executing the strategy and product roadmap for our core portfolio in accordance with corporate goals and communication strategies, and implement marketing activities accordingly. Your Profile * You have completed your degree in life sciences and bring along hands-on experience in cell biology or immunology. * First professional sales or marketing experience in a life sciences company is a plus. * You are interested in automation and want to participate in technical instrument and software development. * You are a driven self-starter, and proactive and clear communication define your work. You speak English fluently and enjoy working with a team to brainstorm ideas and convert them into practice. * Willingness to travel globally (min. 20% travel in the field and participation in conferences is recommended) complete your profile.
