Job Description Description * Strategic partner (m/f/diverse) for Senior Executives (m/f/diverse) and Executives (m/f/diverse) worldwide in all HR related topics * Operational responsibility for HR core processes (e. G. Recruiting, Retention, Exit management) and contact person (m/f/diverse) for all Compensation & Benefit related processes (Salary review, Grading, Headcount Planning & Budget, Data Quality) on Executive level in coordination with internal interfaces/shared services, divisional level and cross organizational units * Driving general and individual development of Executives (m/f/diverse), Executive Potentials (m/f/diverse) and talents (m/f/diverse) including competency management * HR related support of restructuring and M&A activities * Realization of international assignments in cooperation with International Mobility * Coaching and support of change processes (e. G. organizational changes) * Implementation & tracking of appropriate HR KPI and HR reports (e. G. HR scorecard) aligned with business needs * Leading and/or supporting defined strategic and operational projects & initiatives (e. G. Strategic Workforce Planning, Shopfloor Development, business programs etc. ) * Ensuring consistent application and compliance of HR Policies, Programs and Procedures Qualifications * Academic degree in the HR field, e.
