Job Description SAP Ariba & SAP MM Expert (m/f/d) Aebi Schmidt Deutschland GmbH Sankt Blasien Procure to Pay and ERP Expert in the area of SAP Ariba and SAP Material Management (SAP MM);Responsible for enabling suppliers into SAP Ariba, including communication;
the group is the world's leading provider of intelligent product systems and services for cleaning and clearing traffic areas and for maintaining green spaces in demanding terrain the internationally oriented group of companies generates a total turnover of more than eur 413 million pa with around 2000 employees for the supply chain and procurement organisation located in st blasien / germany black forest we are looking for a sap ariba & sap mm expert (m/f/d) objectives/purpose procure to pay and erp expert in the area of sap ariba and sap material management (sap mm) responsible for enabling suppliers into sap ariba including communication responsible for enabling different type of catalogues in sap ariba promote suitable utilization of sap tools by the procurement team serve as a center point of contact for sap mm and sap ariba topics propose procurement and supply chain processes optimization analyze business and technology problems and manages business requirements within area of responsibilities proactively identifies technology solutions to meet business objectives accountabilities provide technical and functional expertise in the area of procurement systems and tools (mainly sap ariba and sap mm) contact and communicate with suppliers informed by procurement and supply chain function in order to enable them into sap-ariba systems enable sap ariba catalogues (eg static punch-out) interacts with it finance manufacturing & supply chain and procurement managers in order to ensure the correct systems integration act as a sap mm and ariba super user update and prepare training material on how to use sap mm and sap ariba systems conduct sap mm and sap ariba trainings manages requirements in order to ensure the total solution delivered meets or exceeds expectations analyze and guide on solutions within ongoing processes is a subject matter expert in the business area of expertise and actively shares emerging industry standards/trends with customers and peers is part of the procurement and supply chain organization dimensions and aspects technical/functional (line) expertise manages procurement applications sap ariba (eg supplier enablement catalogues enablement) and sap-mm expertise in configuration / customizing of sap ariba and sap-mm uses business process mapping to propose and manage procurement processes improvement education behavioural competencies and skills bachelor degree or equivalent 3 years or more of relevant experience at least 2 years of technical expertise in procurement sap ariba ability to write and speak in the english german and polish languages excellent oral and written communications skills experience on project management experience of support other countries organizations knowledge of procurement business processes ability to interact and communicate with colleagues virtual face-to-face cross functional local or regional experience in communicating to business and it experience in communicating information in a clear and engaging manner also desired it technical degree sap mm or sap ariba certification individual and success-oriented your prospects are excellent sound familiarization phase open and friendly team contributing ideas and suggestions to increase efficiency attractive employment conditions please apply online:
