Team Manager - Customer Support
Description and responsibilities:
- Ensuring your team members are motivated and supported to successfully reach their KPI’s and personal and professional goals
- Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with your team members to identify their success stories, growth potential and development needs
- Providing feedback and coaching to support the development of your team members to reach their full potential
- As part of the global support leadership team, identifying and driving process and system enhancements, and ensuring your team is kept up to date on new products and processes
- Supporting your team with their questions and cases, and handling customer escalations when needed
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the customer support team to ensure it runs smoothly and delivers an exceptional customer experience to meet our client's service level requirements
Your profile:
- Experience managing and leading successful teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive results through coaching, training & mentoring
- Experience in C-Sat
- Ideally at least two years of practical experience in Technical Support or Customer Service
- Excellent technical skills and the ability to quickly and independently learn new technical content
- Degree in Business Information Technology, Applied Computer Science, Economics or a comparable education in the IT field with relevant experience
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude and a high level of intercultural competence
- Strong conceptual skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Business level English and additionally one of the following languages: French, Italian or Spanish
- German is an advantage
