Compliance Manager - IT Security & Data Protection
A global electronic payment provider is looking for a Compliance Manager in Frankfurt. Recently went through an organizational change, being based in 100 countries worldwide, with 44,000 employees. Come join the international environment leading the German market with 12billion revenue.
As Compliance Manager, you will:
- Be responsible for all data protection related matters to ensure technical solutions evaluations and processes are compliant with GDPR
- Develop and research both local and international data protection solutions
- Give advice and recommendations about the interpretation or application of data protection rules
- Identify and evaluate the company’s data processing activities
- Monitor data management procedures and compliance within the company
- Offer consultation on how to deal with privacy breaches, and manage detailed guides on data protection policies
As Compliance Manager, you should have:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Protection and/or IT Security
- Solid knowledge of GDPR and/or national data protection principles (DSGVO / BDSG) and cloud computing
- Experience in legal compliance or audit is a plus
- Knowledge of data processing operations in financial services is desirable
