A Global Thinking Digital Marketing Specialist Needed to join International Firm. You need Hands on Experience: FMCG - Fast-moving consumer goods and Solid Media Strategy.

The role
Global Media manages media activities for all brands across all business units. You will be Part of Global & Local team in locations worldwide. The Cover includes full Media product from strategy to buying in both Classical and Digital Media, partnering with the best agencies, data and ad-tech providers to deliver strong results for our brands. Also Internally work with stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, E-Com etc.) on Local and Global level.

Duties
  • Global Media Strategy development for our key brands
  • Analyse & recommend campaign mechanics along the consumer´s path to purchase
  • Focus on Media effectiveness and efficiency to drive ROI
  • Build & leverage 1st and 3rd party activation data
  • Drive our innovation agenda through local pilots.
  • Steering of campaign and budget reporting (incl. dashboard solutions)
  • Digital Media counselling & training
  • Strong collaboration with Global Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media & Creative Agency teams
  • Working in a challenging, dynamic & international environment
YOUR SKILLS
  • Experience in the field of Media Strategy (classical & digital media), e.g. work experience in a media agency
  • Expertise in data-driven media activations, performance KPI analysis & optimization
  • Strong technical understanding and experiences with digital media solutions like DV360, Google Ads, DMPs etc.
  • Goal oriented and reliable project management
  • Fluent English language & convincing communication skills
