Junior Controller Governance DACH (m/f/d)
The Junior Controller Governance is primarily responsible to drive the governance agenda of the Royal Canin DACH cluster (Germany, Switzerland and Austria). This means to coordinate the progress of the organization in being compliant with internal control standards, promote a good governance culture and report progress to the Leadership team.

The Junior Controller Governance also supports the business by providing reports, forecasts, financial analysis, as well as recommendations for action and therefore makes an important contribution to the achievement of financial targets in line with the Group's strategy. This job holder consolidates the unit’s management reporting process and provides a holistic view of the business unit’s results versus KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the preparation of bi-yearly reports on the unit’s internal control situation. This includes a consolidation of critical processes description, an analysis of current gaps versus standard and remediation plans in agreement with control owners.

Connect with the Regional Internal Audit team to address questions and share advancement of remediations.
Support annual internal audits by gathering the required sampled documentation.
Co-pilot costs of specific departments (with a focus on logistics and advertising & promotion costs for Digital and Corporate Affairs departments)
Consolidation of budgeting input from departments (with a focus on logistics and advertising & promotion costs)
Consolidation of forecasts and results (with a focus on advertising & promotion costs)
Perform ad-hoc analyses (with a focus on logistics and advertising & promotion costs for Digital and Corporate Affairs departments)
Ensure that accrual information are prepared on time and properly reflected in financial results at each periodic closing (with a focus on logistics and advertising & promotion costs for Digital and Corporate Affairs departments)

Qualifications:
Bachelor´s
degree in finance, ideally Master degree in Audit, Accounting or Finance
2 to 3 years of experience in auditing, accounting or controlling
Experience in using ERP systems
Good oral and written English & German skills
Good business understanding
Strong communication skills are essential
Ideally Navision and HFM experience
