For our branch in Griesheim/Germany, we are looking for a:
Technical Service Engineer /Technician (d/m/f)
The technical service engineer/technician is responsible for identifying necessary technical services and performing repair, service, and maintenance of diagnostic products.

Your responsibilities
Responsible for working with customer diagnostic devices to solve equipment problems and expedite the necessary service orders
  • Instrument hands on repairs, maintenance, preparation of shipment
  • Instrument hardware and software troubleshooting and incoming inspection if required
Material requisition such as spare parts and measurement equipment tools
Maintain records of the repair and service process
  • Rework of finished ABAXIS goods such as regular software updates
  • Communication or feedback to technical support group
  • Support for product management and other expert groups
Calibration coordinator tasks for equipment used in the technical service
Your profile
  • Education level: High School diploma or equivalent
State-certified Technical Engineer or equivalent
Technical experience/ duration: 3 years of industry experience in technical services.
  • English (spoken and written)
Special knowledge: Windows Operating System expert, excellent verbal and written communication skills, software engineering
