The Services and Solutions team manages the portfolio of service products sold in all of MediaMarktSaturn retail channels and country portfolio. We lead the way in designing and selling solutions, that allow customers to make the most out of their technology and that clearly differentiate MediaMarktSaturn as the leading category authority in Consumer Electronics in Europe.
Your tasks
- Leading of pilots and rollout projects with countries to integrate new InStore services into MediaMarktSaturn in cooperation with Marketing to produce best-in-class marketing materials
- Supports cross-country tenders and negotiations to ensure consistency across the service portfolio in all countries
- Design best-in-class sales and training materials, provide input for customer journeys and train country sales staff
- Responsible for the introduction of a group-wide IT solution for InStore
- Performance management: share best practices, train country staff, perform root cause analysis and initiate gap closing actions
- Support leadership team in the development of innovative service solutions
Requirements
- University degree in business administration or economics
- Work experience in retail, preferably consumer electronics
- Experience in InStore services or repair services
- Skills in Project Management
- Commercial and financial understanding, focus on the customers and results
- Analytical ability, flexibility, performance-oriented and high team performance
- Fluent written and spoken language skills in English
- European travel will be essential
