For our team in& Müllheim/Baden we are looking for a Graduate (Trainee) for a duration of 18 months, who wants to develop and move SCHOTT innovations forward. Your tasks End to end process optimization of existing supply chain processes an process redesign Detect bottlenecks and define measures to increase efficiency Close collaboration with all interfaces along the supply chain Support greenfield planning of new logistic structures Support of department managers to steer daily operations& Production planning Your profil University Degree with above average results in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with focus on supply chain management Internship in the area of logistics or& production planning Knowledge and interest in glass and polymer production First experience in project management desirable Fluent& German and good English skills - both spoken and written Process- and result oriented thinking personality Excellent presentation, communication, networking and analytical skills Geographical flexibility, global thinking and ability to work effectively across cultures Your benefits 18 months International Graduate Program that will expose you to various areas across the SCHOTT world At least one international assignment (3-6 month) to support your intercultural competencies Participation in SCHOTT´s International Graduate Meeting in Mainz, Germany to extend your network within SCHOTT Support by an experienced mentor for the whole duration of the program Carrer development interview prior to the end of the program Unlimited contract after successfully completing the Graduate Program You can expect interesting tasks and challenging projects, as well as motivated and friendly teams in fields that influence our future.
