Private Equity Associate / Senior Associate

, with businesses growing internationally. They invest into a few key areas such as IT Services, Software, Consumer & Business Services, Industrials and Healthcare. They have built a reputation for being a market-leader in deal-making, completing over 50 deals in 2021, having achieved a high level of returns over the last 20 years.

Currently, the team are looking to expand the investment team at the junior level, with the hiring of an Associate. As an Associate in the team, you will have a number of different

responsibility
including having a chance to work closely with a selected portfolio company before join the investment team in a classical role. More experienced Associates will join the team with the chance to impact deals from A-Z, with leadership opportunities.

Key skills and experiences:
2-4 years of professional experience within Investment Banking, Consulting or Private Equity, the latter being more important for Senior Associate level professionals

Experience of working in the mid-market as an advisor or investor
Native German language skills both written and spoken
High level of financial analysis and modelling skills
