Integration Manager (HR processes) Frankfurt

For our long-term end customer in the Frankfurt area we are looking for an experienced Integration Manager with focus in HR Processes.
The client is starting a global HCM implementation project which will be replacing their on premise Successfactors systems with Successfacros cloud based Employee Central System.

 

Key Skills:

• Project experience as an Integration Manager
• HR Process, Data and system skills
• Experience of HR process cycle from functional to technical spec, unit test and integration test
• Interface development plan experience
• Experience in Successfactors projects
• preferable project experience in replacing Successfactors with cloud based EC

 

Day to Day Activities:

• Set up interface development plan
• Functional & technical specifications
• Test documentation and execution
• Quality checks of delivered interfaces provided by implementation partner
• Collaboration with implementation partner

 

Project details:

• Start date: ASAP
• End-Date: March 2020 (w/ possibility to extend)
• Project location is Frankfurt area, Germany
• Workload: full time on site (1 day/week remote possible)
• Language skills: Fluency in both German and English
