Requirements:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken).
- Proficient in English to facilitate effective communication.
- Proven experience leading a team of customer support agents.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Proficient in using customer service tools and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of German-speaking customer service representatives.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure the team meets and exceeds customer service performance metrics.
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Monitor and analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
