Ihre Aufgaben

Be a member of the Global Supply Chain Controlling team at Beiersdorf and help shaping our Supply Chain of the future by taking the right investment decisions.

Your responsibilities:

• Create transparency on global capital expenditure by optimizing and automating planning and reporting processes
• Develop KPI’s enabling decision making for investments and product allocations (Make or Buy)
• Simulate financial impact of multi project investment decisions on global cost structure over several years in order to steer the investment portfolio strategically
• Support and/or lead international as well as cross functional projects defining supply structures of whole regions
• Elaborate and review business cases for investments related to innovation, real estate, production technology or logistic projects
• Evaluate opportunities and risks by undertaking special analyses and define measures to capitalize on the chances or mitigate the risk.

Ihr Profil

• Degree in engineering or business administration, ideally majoring in supply chain and/or finance or controlling
• Several years of relevant professional experience in controlling and/or supply chain
• Strong methodical skills (e.g. supply chain processes and business case calculation) Project management experience
• High conceptual and analytical competence, proactivity and creativity in solutions
• Assertive and convincing in a role with high exposure, resilient under pressure
• Working autonomously with high motivation to take over wider responsibilities within the Beiersdorf Group
• Constructive and pragmatic attitude, fun in interdisciplinary collaboration, international mindset
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and good user knowledge of BI/SAP
• International working experience

Fluent written and spoken English, other languages would be advantageous
