These future tasks suit you, you…

Ensure quality policy; food safety policies and apply at store level in Germany
Drive the key performance indicators to reduce and control the risks at store level
Are in constant relationship with the operations team members, European QA Director and Coordinator - some travels to France will be required
Be aligned on QA processes already in place within the QA European team
Work closely with the third part logistic company to ensure QA processes are compliant
Ensure procedures compliance, apply and update it. You set up and drive key performance indicators
Follow regulation changes/updates within Germany
Are the main contact with local authorities’ organization on any food safety issues or inspection
Manage all the product complaints coming from stores/suppliers and conduct corrective actions
Identify continuous improvement and set up and update hygiene/ food safety procedures
Conduct internal Food safety and hygiene audits, train team members as needed and organize annual schedule as needed
Conduct if needed audits at the warehouses
Support NPD and Operation Teams for any new products to validate procedures at store level
You are the main contact to register the new product in our quality tools (Allergens & Nutrition)

You'll fit in, if you…

Are specialized in food safety, hygiene and quality engineer
Have at least 2 years of professional experience in the food industry or retailers’ companies
Have an up-to-date knowledge about the food sector: food safety regulation, HACCP, microbiology
Are an expert on local food safety regulations
Have a good expertise on regulation for each topic: hygiene, safety and quality assurance
Speak fluent German and English (French will be valuable)
Are autonomous as the report direct into the QA Director not based in Germany
Enjoy working in a multicultural team and adapt quickly
Have negotiation abilities and a strength conviction
Are creative and live a hand on mentality
