Job Description Description * Analysis and valuation of potential target companies and Vitesco Group companies that are considered for disposal * Advice and support to Executive Board and business units with regard to the preparation and execution of acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture and venture capital projects * Project lead in acquisition and divestiture processes and coordination of internal workstreams and external advisors * Lead, coordination, execution and analysis of the results of due diligence processes * Participation in contract drafting and negotiation in different project phases (LoI, SPA/APA, shareholder agreements, etc. ) * Analysis and identification of the appropriate transaction structure in collaboration with the legal, tax, accounting and treasury departments * Participation in the development of Vitesco's Group strategy * Monitoring and review of competitors' transactions Qualifications * Academic degree in economics, business administration, law or other academic studies with relation to M&A contents * Several years of experience in M&A (e. G. in investment banking, private equity, consultancy or Big4) * Excellent project management skills and negotiation skills * Fluent English and German skills (written and spoken) * High level of communication skills and cross-cultural competence * High flexibility and ability to work under pressure * Willingness to travel nationally and internationallyBewerben Sie sich jetzt um
