Senior Real Estate Asset Manager (Germany)

GBP80000 - GBP85000 per annum + Bonus + Package
I am working with a Pan European investment fund who are experiencing a period of growth and are positioned to recruit a Senior level Real Estate Asset Manager who will sit within their German team based in Munich on a permanent basis.

The role will be responsible for the management of commercial assets and tenants in Germany across multiple asset classes.
You will identify and implement opportunities for active management including negotiating terms with tenants, exploring change of use and undertaking refurbishment plans.

Identifying and implementing opportunities for sustainability initiatives such as reducing energy consumption, water use and waste, negotiating green lease clauses, engaging with tenants and with the local community to further the cause.

Managing new lettings and lease renewals, both legal and financial.

Applicant Profile:

• The successful candidate should possess a relevant academic education.
• Minimum of 5 years asset management experience within real estate.
• Have been responsible for managing real estate portfolios in Germany.
• Exposure to core and/or or core-plus.
• Experience of investment and valuation would be beneficial.
• Hold RICS accreditation (not essential however preferred).
• Essential to have German speaking skills.

On offer will be a competitive base salary expected to be in the region of up to €80,000 plus bonus comp. The opportunity to grow with an established, successful team and to become a key member of the asset management function.
