Your responsibilities

• In your role as IT Provider Manager (f/m/d), you are responsible for monitoring of all supplier deliverables and commitments
• You manage the end-to-end lifecycle process of the contract, from development through to execution and termination
• You coordinate contract changes (incl. evaluation, negotiations, contract management approval physical update of contract, etc.) as well as internal and external communication regarding the contract and the supplier relationship
• You form the key interface between OLY functions and the supplier
• You support decision making such as review and approval of deliverables or mitigating actions
• You develop the standard performance management processes, frameworks and tools to be used in managing and integrating multiple aspects of performance management across processes, services, clients and suppliers
• You define associated practices, procedures, tools and other applications associated with the definition, measurement and reporting of performance metrics, required to ensure transparency of effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery and supporting processes
• As a functional subject matter expert, as well as an expert in the analysis, you are responsible for the interpretation and presentation of performance measures to enable senior leadership to understand process performance, report progress against targets (KPIs & SLAs), and proactively manage goal delivery in alignment with the performance expectations of the organization
• You utilize tactical and operational performance data to characterize opportunities for improvement, and works in partnership with senior business leaders and operational groups to drive process optimization and efficiency

Your qualification

• You have several years of relevant professional experience in the area of IT and experience in the management of IT services based on contracts and service
• You have the ability of connecting IT with business economic topics
• You have ITIL certification
• Your strengths include good common knowledge about IT-Infrastructure services and technology; especially in 3 out of the following areas: SAP operation, data center, network (LAN/WAN), end user computing, service desk
• You are fluent in English
• Good skills in working with MS Office programs completes your profile
