What you will do at SYKES:
- You will answer customer & business requests on the phone.
- You will help customers with pre sales and after sales.

speaker with very good English conversational skills?
- willing to work flexible hours as the job demands?
- familiar with customer service?
- having control over your computer?
- living in Berlin and having a valid work permit at time of hire?
- willing to work 5 times a week?
