Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - Berlin

EUR45000 - EUR60000 per annum + Negotiable salary plus benefits
THE ROLE
I am seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in the Building Construction industry who has English and some level of German - ideally 'A' Level or better to join a firm of construction consultants in Berlin.

You will need to have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying and have at least two years + experience working for another firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants.

You may be MRICS qualified or working towards becoming chartered.
You will work on both pre contract and post contract work.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects including new build, refurbishment and fit out projects for commercial, residential and other buildings.

You will work closely with clients, contractors etc. on high value projects from inception and feasibility stage to project delivery and you should be able to run your own projects or work as part of a team on high value projects.

THE COMPANY
My client is a successful firm of construction consultants providing both cost management and project management services.
They work on projects for German and international clients for projects in Berlin and elsewhere in Germany.
They provide both cost management and project management services.
They currently have one office in Berlin and may open another office shortly.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with two years or more experience ideally gained with another firm of PQS or multi disciplinary consultants.

You will need to have a Degree or MSc in Quantity Surveying.
You may be MRICS qualified or working towards becoming chartered.
Fluent English is essential and German at least at 'A' Level standard or above.
Excellent prospects for ambitious candidates to work closely with clients and the professional teams.
Salary is likely to be in the region of Euro 45000 to 60000, discretionary bonus etc.
